This is a “quick post” and best way to show repairs described in the estimate.
We may find chimney cap is sound and not rusted through. If this is the case it can be primed and painted rather than replaced.
Several repairs are previous repairs I am not certain done properly.
The largest repairs are at dormers on front and at the sides of the rear sliding door to deck.
